Course: Market Assessment & Marketing Management
The course supplies tools needed to carry on market surveys and customers’s needs survey and to enhance products/services, also in terms of correspondence between value and price. It also deals with methods of personal promotion tailored upon small entrepreneurs’ needs.
To allow the entrepreneurs to use basic tools in order to reach customers needs, to assess the market and to implement some simple personal selling techniques. At the end of the course the participant should be able to set up a questionnaire and a market evaluation report.
